3. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking channels. Upon booking, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and pickup of the skip unless other arrangements have been made.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, Direct Debit.
- Payment Schedule: 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon collection.
- Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur additional fees or cancellation of services.
4. Delivery and Collection
We strive to deliver the skip to your specified location on the agreed date and time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery area is accessible and safe for skip placement.
- Delivery Timeframe: BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND 6:00 PM, Monday THROUGH Saturday.
- Collection: The skip will be collected within 24 hours of your request, provided there are no delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Rescheduling: Any changes to delivery or collection times must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Use of the Skip
Customers are responsible for the proper use of the skip. This includes ensuring that loads do not exceed the skip's weight capacity and that items are packed safely to prevent accidents during transportation.
- Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, electrical appliances, and other restricted items are not allowed.
- Allowed Items: General household waste, construction debris, garden waste, and other non-hazardous materials.
- Overloading: Overloading the skip beyond its capacity is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges.
6. Waste Disposal Policies
All waste must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to segregate and dispose of waste appropriately. We reserve the right to deny service if improper waste disposal is suspected.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure that all waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Recycling: We encourage recycling and will separate recyclable materials where possible.
- Inspection: We may conduct random inspections to ensure compliance with disposal policies.
7. Liability and Insurance

- Refunds: Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Rescheduling: We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
9. Responsibilities of the Customer
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during booking.
- Ensuring that the delivery area is clear and accessible.
- Properly loading the skip without exceeding weight limits.
- Adhering to waste disposal policies.
10. Service Provider's Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Deny service to individuals who violate our terms and conditions.
- Charge additional fees for unauthorized or prohibited items.
- Inspect the contents of the skip to ensure compliance.
- Modify terms and conditions as necessary, with prior notice to customers.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sutton.
